We love our VailBag products and are confident in their craftsmanship! That's why we back every purchase with our 90-Day Quality Guarantee. If your bag experiences any manufacturing defects, hardware failures, or material faults within 90 days of receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
14-Day "Change of Mind" Returns
If you simply changed your mind, or if the style or color wasn't exactly what you expected, you can return your unused, brand-new item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Important Notice Regarding Free Gifts: If your purchase included any free promotional items or gifts, these must also be returned in unused condition. If the free gift is not included in your return, its standard retail value will be deducted from your total refund.
Return Shipping Costs

For Quality Issues (90 Days): If your item is defective, VailBag will cover all return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

For Change of Mind & Exchanges (14 Days): Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Request a Return or Quality Claim
